The Female Recon and Sexual Health (FRESH) fellowship is a one year program intended to train specialists in female sexual health and gynecological reconstructive surgery that pertains to female sexual function. The educational purpose of the training is to equip individuals with full-spectrum female sexual health care including surgical skills. Areas to be covered include female sexual dysfunction including low desire, anorgasmia, persistent genital arousal disorder, clitoral dysesthesia, cancer survivorship, postpartum sexual concerns, genitourinary syndrome of menopause, vulvodynia and common vulvar dermatoses and gender affirming care.

Trainees must have completed either an ACGME accredited gynecology residency or a urology residency program. Trainees must be able to obtain an unrestricted medical license in Ohio. (No J1 Visas permitted at this time.)
